2022: A Banner Year for Duros Land Properties

The 18 holes at Liloan Golf Course have finally been completely carved and shaped. All Par-72 will now be playable by the first quarter of 2023.

The clubhouse has also been finished and features a restaurant, sauna, massage lounge, shower, and locker facilities, as well as a scenic party venue that can accommodate 400 persons.

Another milestone for Duros Land in 2022 is the completion of the 14-storey One Tectona Hotel, the first high-rise building in Liloan. It will be opening to the public in early 2023.

It will be operated by Duros Hotels Inc. together with Cebu Quincentennial Hotel which opened earlier this year in Cebu City.

Lataban Estates

Full-swing land development has already commenced at the 80-hectare master planned and fully integrated lot-only development in the scenic hills of Barangay Lataban. It has a dedicated bike lane and jogging path under cherry blossom trees on its main avenue, Sakura boulevard.

Other amenities include an orchard forest, several lagoons, a clubhouse with a swimming pool, a viewing deck and prayer pavilion, pocket parks, an exercise area, and many others.

Lataban Estates has achieved a sale of more than 100M in less than a month after it secured a license to sell in November 2022.
